We are Diagnio (https://diagnio.com), an early stage startup in women's health diagnostics field, dedicated to empowering women to care about their hormonal and reproductive health: better, faster and wiser than regular diagnostics solutions allow. We work on innovative mobile app solutions integrated with advanced hardware diagnostics devices.

We focus on Gulf countries as our first market, have our MVP product ready, have got regulatory clearance on it, and have started our first sales in the market. In our R&D pipeline there is much more than is published yet, so free up your imagination!

In our growth journey we are looking for experienced and passionate (ideally crazy passionate like us!) Product Owner for our mobile app, to join our small but expert and dedicated team and lead the development of our mobile app and its backend infrastructure, while ensuring seamless integration with our physical diagnostics devices.

The goal is to create really best-in-class product to support the devices’ diagnostics capabilities with smart visualizations, personalized predictive analytics, doctor’s interactions and other connected services . This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on women's health and well-being by contributing to the advancement of cutting-edge diagnostic technology, here in the Middle East.

If You have:

• Strong product management capabilities (custdev, prototyping, features prioritization, user feedback)
• Demonstrated excellence in project management and delivery in tight timelines (agile/scrum and sprints, release management, working with external & remote teams, cross-functional interaction)
• Technical familiarity with full-stack & mobile projects, API integrations, hardware-software connectivity
• Work experience in health tech space is preferred, familiarity with regulatory and compliance topics is additional plus
• Work experience in startups

1. Product Vision: Collaborate with the founder to define and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for the mobile application, aligning it with the overall company goals and roadmap.
2. Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough market research and engage with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to understand user needs and gather product requirements for the mobile application.
3. Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a detailed and prioritized product roadmap that addresses customer needs, market trends, and technology advancements, balancing hardware and software integration.
4. Agile Development: Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and improvements.
